Roeckel to Lead Americas Support Teams

In his new role, Tim will be responsible for overseeing the company's global customer support strategy, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for Command Alkon's valued customers. With his deep understanding of customer needs and his passion for delivering world-class support, Tim will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer experience and driving overall business growth.

Tim has more than 20 years of experience leading large customer facing support teams in the software and telecommunications space. He brings to Command Alkon an extensive background in customer experience improvements and operational efficiencies. Tim comes to us from RingCentral, a provider of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) software platforms, where he led their global frontline Customer Support functions, Quality Assurance, Program Management, Customer Communications, and Partner teams for the last six years. Prior to his tenure at RingCentral, Tim led multiple global customer support teams at CenturyLink, Level 3 Communications, and Time Warner Telecom.
