Command Alkon Announces Retirement of Mark Harris, Vice President of Global Sales

This January, Harris Leaves a Legacy of Integrity and Innovation After 43 Years of Service  

Command Alkon, the leading software and solutions provider for the heavy building materials industry, announces the retirement of Mark Harris, Vice President of Global Sales, after an illustrious career spanning 43 years.

Harris joined Command Alkon in 1980 and has played a pivotal role in driving sales growth and establishing Command Alkon as a market leader across the globe. 

Throughout his tenure at Command Alkon, Harris has been a mainstay in our Dublin, OH office and has held various key roles, starting as a hardware engineer and progressing into software roles. In 1987, he transitioned into sales, leveraging his extensive knowledge and industry expertise to successfully navigate the ever-evolving landscape of the heavy building materials industry. His consultative approach with customers has been instrumental in building long-lasting relationships and driving sustainable growth for both parties.

Under Harris’s leadership, Command Alkon implemented strategies and initiatives to drive global sales growth. He focused on developing a well-rounded sales team that understands all aspects of customers’ businesses, helping them attain operational and economic success. Harris’s strategic vision and ability to forge strong collaborations have expanded the company’s global customer base and helped position Command Alkon as a worldwide industry leader. Most recently, Harris has directed his attention to building stronger relationships and developing mutual growth strategies with our valued dealers and OEMs who are key partners in our business success.
