The Apex Solution | Hallett Materials

Hallett Materials, located in East Texas, had a problem with trucks getting backed up and lining the county road outside of their sand and gravel facility. Apex automation technologies, like the kiosk, signature pad, and remote printer enclosure provided them a win-win solution.

By using the Apex Kiosk, Hallett Materials was able to turn their crowded plant into a 24 hour operation. This allowed drivers to choose the time of day that was best for them to get loaded and created fewer bottlenecks.

It was a benefit for Hallett Materials, by not having to have someone in the scale house for 24hours, and it was a benefit for the customer because they were getting 1-2 more loads out of their trucks per day.
