Transaction Combines Decades of Telematics Experience Under Command Alkon Leadership
Birmingham, AL – November 2, 2020 – Command Alkon, the leading supplier collaboration platform for construction’s heavy work, announced the completion of Command Alkon’s acquisition of Trimble’s Construction Logistics business. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The transaction combines decades of telematics experience, customer relationships, and the TrimFleet suite of products for ready mix and bulk materials suppliers with Command Alkon’s industry-specific fleet and workforce management solution, TrackIt.
