Call 205.879.3282 General Questions Q: What data does COMMANDassurance provide? • COMMANDassurance provides accurate data on when a load is fully mixed, volume, slump, temperature, water additions, and W/C Ratio, which allows your personnel to make quick operational changes/decisions. Q: What benefits does the data provide? • Allows the batch operator to batch accurately, reducing time spent in the yard adjusting the load • Allows QC to optimize their mix designs to save on raw materials • Provides information for any disputes or potential issues from the delivery cycle • Ability to monitor the load remotely to ensure all specifications are met • Auto Status for Fully Mixed, Begin Pour, End Pour, and Washing Pre-Requisites & Recommendations Q: What other Command Alkon products are required for COMMANDassurance? • You must have either COMMANDseries or Integra, COMMANDbatch, and Trackit Q: What versions of COMMANDseries, COMMANDbatch, and TrackIt do I need to have for it to work with COMMANDassurance? • COMMANDbatch – 2020.10 or higher • TrackitWare – 1.0.101 or higher • COMMANDfleet – 2020.1 or higher • COMMANDtrack – 2019.6 HF5 or higher • COMMANDqc – 2020.1 or higher • Most COMMANDconcrete and Integra versions can be utilized with the addition of the DEXA service Q: Can I have a third-party tracking system? At this time COMMANDassurance only works with TrackIt Q: Is there a recommended fleet size to see value? • Any fleet size can see the benefit of knowing what happens to your concrete from the time it is loaded into the truck until it is in the forms. The larger the fleet, the larger the opportunity to capture the benefit of the time management aspects of COMMANDassurance System Operation & Feedback Q: Does the system dose/add anything to the mix while in transit? • No Q: To maintain slump, can water be used? • You can use whatever your processes allow, but with COMMANDassurance you will know your slump loss rate over time and ideally batch so it arrives on the job at the ordered slump.
