Integra Software Modules Included with Ready Mix Dispatch Subscription 2 | I n t e g r a Integra Resource Manager (INT-RM) The industry's first fully integrated driver management system. Using order information entered into Integra Dispatch, a schedule will be generated for when and where drivers are needed to fulfill tomorrow's first round deliveries (or any future date specified). The software can take into account your seniority and driver call-in rules as well as tracking driver hours to provide better management and reporting of your resources at hand. The Integra Resource Manager also allows for integration to the ScheduleCom driver call in service (a separate module) where each driver may call a toll free number to learn their start time, truck, and location for the following day while displaying to management which drivers checked their message and when the message was checked. Executive Information System (INT-EIS) The top business analysis tool on the market is driven off of ticket data within your system. Drill down through your data and present information in easy to read bar graphs, pie charts or through a built in interface with Microsoft Excel®. Integra Sales Manager (INT-SM) The top tool for a sales force within the industry, the Integra Sales Manager Module allows for a number of different bid letter templates, multi-customer pricing on bids, sales quote reporting as well as the capability to generate standardized price increase letters by customer. Integra Sales Letter (INT-SL) The first of its kind in the industry, Integra Sales Letter allows for you to create constant communication with your customer base. Create your own templates to generate price increase letters, labels, notifications, coupons, Christmas cards, etc. based off of the customers and contacts stored in your Integra software. Integra Credit Manager (INT-CM) Provide your office staff the means to stay on top of the credit and collections status of your customers. Keep notes and set reminders for both prospects and customers alike. Create a contractor as a prospect while taking necessary credit check precautions and roll them into active customers within the system. Easy to use grids allow you to view open and paid AR records and extract data in multiple standardized formats. Integra Imaging (INT-DI) Command Alkon partners with Hyland Software and their OnBase product line for imaging needs. Using OnBase in conjunction with Integra allows for tickets to be generated in Integra with digital copies captured at ticket time. The signed physical tickets can be scanned and linked with the original copies as the come back to the dispatch office with the driver after each delivery or at the end of the day. Invoices also may be captured and linked to the tickets that comprise them. OnBase provides the capability for you to allow your customers to retrieve their own invoices and find copies of their tickets through your website as well. With OnBase you can also create and control internal work flows and direct paperwork from all aspects of your organization through the correct channels for approvals, signatures, etc. OnBase not included. Integra Export & Extracts (INT-EXPEXT) We have a number of exports taking ticket/invoice/GL data at various points throughout our system and extracting it in a flat file format to be read into your third party accounting package.
