Integra Software Modules Included with Ready Mix Dispatch Subscription 1 | I n t e g r a Integra Ready Mix Dispatch (INT-CD) A full dispatch system for your Ready Mix operations including Order Entry (with full order history access), Ticketing, POS ticketing, a Truck Tracking Screen which displays your trucks and their status' as well as full Demand Graph capabilities. Mix Maintenance is also included to store your mix formulas. Batch System Interface (INT-BSI) This is the connection between our Ready Mix Dispatching software and your existing COMMANDbatch or 3 rd party batch controls. BSI allows ticket data transfer from Dispatch to the batch control, the capability to upload mixes directly from our system to the batch database, and for us to receive all Batch Results from the control for reporting purchases. Activating BSI at each of your plants allows for the availability of centralized mix maintenance and greatly reduces the opportunity for human error in your batch operator sending the wrong mix to the customer. ** On all connections to 3rd party panels please make certain with the panel provider that the panel supports the Universal Link (communication method) and has it activated – there may be a charge from the panel supplier to activate this feature. Integra TrackIt Signaling Integration (INT-5CIM) Our Five TrackIt signaling interface (Includes MapIT functionality for mapping the jobsite from the order). This is for our TrackIt system allowing the capture and communication of GPS coordinates. This integrates with Integra Dispatch and updates the Truck Tracking screen with the current delivery status of the truck. Integra 3rd Party Interface (INT-3PIM) This signaling interface is strictly for 3rd party GPS systems and allows the capture and communication of GPS coordinates. This integrates with Integra Dispatch and updates the Truck Tracking screen with the current delivery status of the truck. Integra Back Office (INT-OFTE, INT-OFTEI, INT-OFTEIAR) A complete suite for the Accounts Receivable side of your business. A combination of Ticket Maintenance, Master File Records (Customer, Job, Product, Vehicles, etc…), industry specific pricing and costing, a full Invoicing and Accounts Receivable (cash posting, memos, & statements) package as well as all of our standard reporting capabilities including the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) customizable tool. Integra Audit (INT-AU) Complete auditing package, tracking which user made changes within the system and at what time the event occurred. Auditing is tracked in Dispatch Order Entry and all of the Master Files (Customers, Jobs, Products, Pricing, Ticket Maintenance, etc.) Integra Inventory (INT-IV) A real time inventory system that records actual (batch results from the batch controls) and theoretical usage of your materials (as dispatched via Mix Maintenance) as well as any yard sales ticketed through Dispatch. Integra Lien Module (INT-LN) A tool to track all Lien information on a job by job basis and generate the appropriate documents as your local Lien laws specify.
