Command Alkon Expands Leadership Team with Addition of New CRO - Jeff Newlin Being a technology company, we often preach about the importance of implementing digital processes to improve efficiencies and increase customer satisfaction. As we've grown — organically and by acquisitions — our business has also grown in complexity and we've reached the limit of what our internal systems could manage to meet evolving market and customer expectations. This has prompted us to make some broad changes and undergo our own Digital Transformation, which we have internally coined "Project Keystone." This project requires changes to operations, data and technology infrastructure, customer touchpoints, and other aspects of our business. Our goal throughout this massive, year-and-a-half-long implementation is to provide the tools needed to work more effectively internally, deliver exceptional experiences to our customers, and provide an infrastructure for the continued growth of the company. The Upgrade to Your Customer Experience Is Here! Jeff Newlin | CRO Command Alkon
