COMMANDassurance Spec Sheet Batch Data API COMMANDassurance customers may now utilize batch results data from batch systems other than COM- MANDbatch. This document provides an overview of an application programming interface (API) available for any batch system providers to build into their systems to enable this data sharing. COMMANDassurance utilizes three core systems to support data transfer needs: • TrackIt – provides the data communication between the truck and all other systems • COMMANDbatch – provides the actual batched weights ticket data and uses the resulting data to batch more accurately • COMMANDseries and/or Integra – provides ticket data, min/max W/C ration and other information Expanding on these data transfer capabilities, the Batch Data API provides a means to interface to other industry standard batch systems. While some functionality may only be found with a native COMMANDbatch integration, the Batch Data API does allow third-party batch systems to provide actual batch weight data to TrackIt via web services to use in conjunction with data from the COMMANDassurance system. Examples of some of the data sent to TrackIt using this web service: • Batched water amount • Water in truck before batching • Batched cement quantity • Mixing time (for central mixer or "wet" batched loads) API Data Format : Traditionally, batching data is transmitted using the Universal Link (ULink) standard. This API uses that same data, however, it must be converted to a JSON format in order to be sent to this API. Only a small set of the ULink data is required.
