Q: What does DCM stand for?

Q: What does DCM do?
DCM is an add‐on to TrackIt. It provides 'touchless' statuses such as
o Begin / End Loading (if needed)
o Begin / End Pour
o Begin Wash
Captures and stores speed/direction of the drum.
Has the ability to capture water added if the water meters are wired to our hardware interface (Sensor Link)

Installation
Q: Can we install ourselves?
Command Alkon will install all units. If you prefer, Command Alkon can install a full plant or approximately 20
trucks so that your mechanics can be trained to complete the remaining fleet and/or provide ongoing support
and maintenance to the hardware.
Q: What is installed?
There are 3‐4 magnets installed on the drum ring and a bracket and sensor assembly installed in close proximity
on the transmission flange to detect the magnets as they rotate by.
The Sensor Link is installed inside the cab with cables connecting to the external hardware.
Q: How does the sensor link connect to TrackIt?
The sensor link connects to TrackIt via Bluetooth
