TrackIt Spec Sheet TrackIt Web Services TrackIt Web Services provide a means to access recorded system data for use beyond the provided functionality of the TrackIt system. These web services can support a variety of data manipulation, reporting and soware integration and customization needs. Camera Web Services • Provides driver identification of who was logged into the truck on a given day for use by third party camera vendors Equipment/Maintenance/DVIR Web Services* • Provides reported driver defects from electronic driver inspection reports, and odometer and engine hour readings for use by third party maintenance systems Status and Location Web Services • Provides live and historical equipment location and delivery status data for use by third party systems requiring this information Schedules Web Services • Provides employee schedule data for bi-directional alignment of this information with third party business systems Payroll Web Services • Provides live and historical employee time entry, plant, schedule, and delivery status data • Use for integration with third party ERP and other business systems • Supports creation of custom means for reporting and analysis of time entry data Reporting Web Services • Provides comprehensive access to TrackIt report data for use in creating custom reporting and analysis methodologies Notes • Access to web services is based on licensing of the modules that deliver the related data to the TrackIt Cloud • Web services provide access to the data, but does not include development or programming support in creating reporting and analysis tools and/or performing integration to third party systems
