TrackIt Remote Support
TrackIt Remote Support is a service that allows Command Alkon to ensure your fleet tablet
TrackIt apps remain up to date and your overall tablet experience provides the best possible
experience to drivers. This service provides you a team of knowledgeable personnel dedicated to
keeping your fleet tablets in the best working order possible. This service is available only for
customer provided tablets.
Delivers remote access to fleet tablets
• Command Alkon support personnel can
remotely access tablets and associated log
files to perform problem diagnosis
• Web portal access for remote screen viewing
and screen control capabilities to each fleet
tablet
• Supports recognition of whether identification
of if tablet is connected to the Internet and
what the data usage on the tablet is
• Web portal access can be provided to your
Administrator(s) for remote screen viewing and
screen control capabilities to each fleet tablet
Keep tablet apps up to date
• Ensures proactive updates on all your fleet
tablets to the latest TrackIt application
software
• Ensures other background apps installed on
your tablet are compatible with the latest
TrackIt application and updated as needed
System Requirements
• Support Android OS7+
• Tablets must have active cellular data plan
