COMMANDseries Software Modules Included with Ready Mix Dispatch Subscription 1 | COMMANDseries COMMANDconcrete Order Entry & Ticketing COMMANDconcrete's Order Entry and Ticketing (CC-OE) module is the foundation of the COMMANDseries system. In this module orders are taken and tickets are generated. Data from Order Entry and Ticketing is used for invoicing and reporting. COMMANDconcrete Dynamic Scheduling COMMANDconcrete's Dynamic Scheduling (CC-DS) module and COMMANDtrack augment scheduling reports with the Order Entry and Ticketing and Scheduling modules to graphically inform the order taker and dispatcher of available trucks, drivers, and plant capacities. Dynamic Scheduling maximizes the utilization of the fleet by avoiding gaps in truck demand. Dynamic Scheduling also maximizes service by avoiding overbooking. In short, this module maintains the fine line between over-committing and under-utilizing the fleet. Schedules display for as many days as desired. COMMANDconcrete Batch System Interface (2-way) COMMANDconcrete's 2-Way Batch Interface module (CC-CAI2B) provides a computer link between COMMANDconcrete and Eagle, Spectrum, or COMMANDbatch batching controls. The link sends tickets and/or batching information directly to the batch computer. The batch computer can then print a delivery ticket with actual batch weights. This interface works in conjunction with the Order Entry and Ticketing module. The features below are supported by this interface. Additional features may be supported, based on which Command Alkon batch control system you are using. COMMANDconcrete Materials Manager The Materials Manager is a concrete mix management and maintenance tool that is seamlessly integrated into COMMANDseries. The Materials Manager module may serve as the initial point of entry for concrete mixes or as a means to alter existing mixes. The module permits altering the constituent quantities of a mix, substituting one constituent for another, or replacing all or part of a constituent with another by quantity or percentage. Generic "lab" mixes can be created and later assigned specific constituents at each plant. Mixes maintained centrally with these tools can then be downloaded to the batch computers at the plant. Together, these features allow you to compensate for changes in material characteristics, and return control of mix proportioning to its rightful owner – your QC department. COMMANDconcrete Driver Call-In The Driver Call-In Schedule allows you to enter driver call-in information that includes call-in times, driver availability and "On Call" assignments throughout the rest of the day. For those producers using COMMANDoptimize, the Driver Call-In schedule is populated with a suggested schedule from the Optimizer, and then edited information is passed back to the Optimization engine to identify these updated assignments as "locked in". Drive Call-In to ScheduleCom Allows for the export of driver start time assignments from the COMMANDconcrete to be fed to ScheduleCom for publishing to the driver pool.
