“Our biggest challenge was getting the site to work for a diverse audience, with many different needs,” Will Braden, the Creative Technologist who led the design effort, says. “What made the project work was the deep collaboration between our team at FitzMartin and the team at Command Alkon. We’re very proud of the work.”
For those not familiar, the American Advertising Awards is the “advertising industry’s largest and most representative competition, attracting over 40,000 entries every year in local American Advertising Federation (AAF) Club competitions. The mission of the American Advertising Awards competition is to recognize and reward the creative spirit of excellence in the art of advertising.”
Winners take home an ADDY trophy to proudly display. “Recognizing the city’s industrial strength of the past and its genius creativity of the present, the ADDY nods only to the sharpest of creative minds among local advertising agencies and industry professionals.”
Our CONNEX Supplier Collaboration Platform connects a materials suppliers, haulers, and contractors/DOTs. This is challenging from a UX Design perspective, because the website presence also had to serve a wide variety of users. We clearly aren’t the only ones who think FitzMartin hit this one out of the park!
