To Our Customers –
As COVID-19 continues to cause uncertainties, our focus is clear. It’s you—our valued customers. You are our priority.
Last week, we shared the proactive measures we are taking to protect the health of our employees and customers. We have implemented business continuity strategies and are working to safeguard our service to you. We continue to provide valuable resources to protect your ongoing business needs.
Rest assured, we are committed to continued support and services, and we would like to share our plans for business performance of essential functions:
- Our company is functioning effectively with a remote-based workforce. Information Security is critical to us, inside and outside of our office walls. All employees working remotely have access to the Command Alkon network externally through a dual authentication process. This process is supported by the standard Command Alkon security infrastructure, which follow NIST 800-171, CSA and CIS best practices.
- You can expect continuity from our quality customer support and service teams through the existing channels you are used to. Our global support network is dedicated to providing support services for all Command Alkon products 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
- We proactively addressed any supply chain concerns related to hardware and hardware parts inventory essential for maintaining your COMMANDbatch, Apex, TrackIt, COMMANDassurance and Conactive Process Control (CP) products. Command Alkon manufacturing is continuing to provide for COMMANDbatch systems on order and scheduled for delivery.
- We maintain hardware and parts inventory surpluses necessary to complete existing orders and fulfill future orders of Command Alkon products. Our supply chain providers are currently fully operational and meeting our needs.
Preparation and swift intentional response are critical to minimize the impact of COVID-19. We will continue to provide you with updates regarding COVID-19 and further measures we intend to implement as various jurisdictional requirements dictate. We believe that by working together, we can make the biggest impact on continuity of the heavy building material operations and supply chain industry.
